I understand that things come up unexpectedly. I value your time and would hope you value mine in return as this is how I make a living. Any changes to an appointment must be approved 24 hours or more prior to your original appointment time. Any changes made after 24 hours prior to your appointment are subject to a 50% booking fee based on total services booked. Any “no-show”- which qualifies as not showing up to an appointment with no communication at all - will be subject to 75% booking fee based on total services booked. Obviously if you are unable to make your appointment due to an emergency out of your control or due to illness, the cancellation fee will be waived. If I feel that the excuse of emergency or illness is being abused in order to waive the cancellation fee then you will further be restricted from booking any further appointments with me. If in the event that I need to cancel or reschedule last minute due to emergency or illness, I will do my best to rebook your appointment as soon as is possible or I will refer you out to a trusted friend if needed.
